• Business contact data — names and email addresses of client contacts, supplied directly to us by our business clients during onboarding, solely for the purpose of sending transactional notifications on our clients' behalf.
• Engagement data — delivery status and bounce information related to messages we send, used to maintain list hygiene.

3. How We Use Data

We use personal data only to deliver transactional messages (appointment confirmations, service updates, account notifications) requested by our clients. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Legal Basis

Processing is carried out under legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) UK GDPR) — delivering communications our clients' contacts reasonably expect to receive.

5. Retention

Contact data is retained for as long as the relevant client engagement remains active, and for 12 months thereafter for record-keeping purposes.
